Landscape Construction Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape management, including grounds keeping and maintenance, as well as the ability to lead teams effectively. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure that all aspects of construction and landscape maintenance are executed efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties

• Supervise and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Oversee landscape maintenance activities, including lawn care, tree care, and irrigation systems.
• Manage Company assets (Trucks, Trailers, equipment, etc)
• Develop project schedules and budgets while monitoring progress to ensure timely completion.
• Lead a team of workers, providing guidance and support in executing tasks daily.
• Provide training to new crew members
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to assess progress and address any issues that arise.
• Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Design and Bid Landscape Projects
• Field Management of Snow Company
• Work with office staff on administrative duties such as Billing & collection
• Teamwork,Teamwork,Teamwork

Experience

• Proven experience in Landscape construction management or a related field is essential.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including irrigation, lawn care, and tree care.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively.
• Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with construction safety protocols and regulations is highly desirable.
• Spanish Speaking is a plus
