Job Description:
We are seeking dedicated and professional Banquet Servers to join our team in Wailea. This role requires a high level of customer service and attention to detail, ensuring each guest experiences exceptional service during events.
Responsibilities:
- Set up banquet tables with linens, silverware, and glassware.
- Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Follow event-specific service instructions and guidelines.
- Clear tables and ensure the banquet area remains clean and organized.
- Assist with event tear-down and clean-up.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless event execution.
Requirements:
- Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from Wailea.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
