Job Title: Buffet Attendant
Location: Wailea, Hawaii
Pay Rate: $21/hour (No tips)

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Buffet Attendant to join our team in Wailea. In this role, you will ensure that the buffet area is stocked, clean, and well-maintained, providing guests with a pleasant and efficient dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain the buffet station with food, beverages, and utensils.
• Ensure food is replenished and displayed attractively throughout the service.
• Monitor food quality and ensure all items meet health and safety standards.
• Keep the buffet area clean and organized, wiping down surfaces and clearing empty plates and glasses.
• Assist guests by answering questions about the buffet offerings and ingredients.
• Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor while interacting with guests.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist in breaking down the buffet station after service and restocking for the next meal period.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a buffet attendant, food server, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Ability to lift and carry food trays or items weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization.
• Flexible schedule with availability on weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to and from Wailea.
