Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Pay: $20/hour Overtime (Time and a Half)

Customer Service Representatives play a vital role in ensuring high-quality service for both customers and internal teams. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities:
- Arrive on time and in appropriate dress code, ready to work
- Provide outstanding customer service with a professional and positive attitude
- Handle inbound calls and direct them as needed
- Assist clients with inquiries, payments, and account updates
- Schedule appointments, pest control estimates, and service visits
- Support field technicians with schedules and client needs
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, confirmations, and sales estimates
- Resolve billing issues and customer concerns
- Prepare and oversee technician schedules (daily, weekly, and monthly planning)
- Assist sales agents with scheduling leads and service estimates
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required-training will be provided
- Basic office and computer skills (Serve Suite experience is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, punctual, and detail-oriented
