Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented House Attendants to join our hospitality team in Wailea. This role is vital to ensuring a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests, supporting the housekeeping team in maintaining the highest standards of service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist housekeepers by delivering supplies, linens, and amenities to rooms.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Handle cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and housekeeping needs.
- Restock housekeeping carts and supply closets.
- Monitor and report maintenance issues to management.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Provide support during heavy check-in/check-out periods or special events.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is required.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from Wailea.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to perform duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
