Job Summary
Responsible for the direct management and supervision of the teller staff and branch operations functions. Coordinates staffing, and schedules based on projected member traffic and work load. Coaches, mentors, and develops branch staff in branch operational processes and procedures, and cross selling of credit union products and services. Challenges and motivates branch staff to achieve the branch’s assigned profitability, performance, sales, and service level standards and goals.

Requirements
Education
Requires a High School diploma; two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge in the use of word processing and spreadsheet programs.
Must be able to perform the Essential Duties of the Senior Teller
Supervisory experience preferred.
Credit must be in good standing. Must be bondable pursuant to §713.3(b) of the NCUA’s Rules and Regulations.
