Job Title: Barista
Location: 1906 N 34th St, Seattle, WA 98103
Pay: $20.76 per hour tips (average $25 /hr with tips)
Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday, 8 AM – 2 PM
Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly and skilled Barista to join our team! If you have a passion for crafting quality coffee and providing excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
- Operate and maintain coffee equipment
- Handle cash and card transactions using the POS system
- Keep the workspace, equipment, and dining area clean and organized
- Restock supplies as needed throughout shifts
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous barista experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
- Spanish-speaking ability is a big bonus
