Job Overview:
Aloha Pools & Spas is looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll help ensure our pool construction projects run smoothly from start to finish while delivering a 5-star customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project planning and execution alongside the Construction Manager and construction admin
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to stay on schedule
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers during construction
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Keep project documentation organized in our construction software
- Maintain jobsite quality and safety standards
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks or delays
- Oversee final inspection and handover, ensuring all punch list items are complete
- Ensure jobsite and store cameras are working properly
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction or project coordination
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Great communicator and problem-solver
- Comfortable with smartphones, tablets, and camera systems
- Detail-oriented when reviewing plans, permits, and punch lists
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
