This position will train under and report directly to Sales Manager Chad Mansker
Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years’ experience in “big ticket” sales. A background in home improvement and/or pool and spa products is preferred but not required if additional crossover skills are demonstrable.
Compensation typically ranges from $150k- 200k for this position (are you ‘typical’ or are you ‘great’?), based on a combination of hourly and commission training wage, converting to earned commissions based on margins, and additional incentives. Our average Sales Consultant earns over $150k , and is based on YOUR initiative, previous experience, and ability to;
- convert showroom shoppers into buyers with sales that wear well for our company, each department, a thrilled customer and YOU! Everybody wins!
- deliver a high level of customer service personally and in all follow-up efforts
- communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- have a desire to fully understand and apply extensive product knowledge with our vast array of products and services
- demonstrate high proficiency in filling out all paperwork and documentation accurately and completely, and into our POS and CRM systems
- assist in keeping our showroom clean, organized, and well-merchandised
- be willing to participate in sales events and other projects to drive business
- coordinate with sales, service, install, delivery, construction and administrative staff to insure streamlined follow up and delivery
