Warranty Tech/Facilities Maintenance (Minor)

**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty and Claims Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing warranty claims, coordinating repairs, and providing support for various pool cleaner brands. Additionally, the specialist will assist with minor facilities maintenance tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and process warranty claims for multiple pool cleaner brands, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate with customers regarding warranty status, repair processes, and any necessary documentation.
- Coordinate repair schedules and oversee the quality of work performed on pool cleaners.
- Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, repairs, and customer interactions in our computer system.
- Assist with minor facilities maintenance, including routine inspections and repairs, to uphold a safe and efficient work environment keeping our pool park and grounds in tip top shape.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in small equipment repair, and customer service
- Computer skills, with proficiency (OJT) in warranty management of various vendor requirements. Use of email and basic google drive and microsoft office.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 48 per week
