Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring smooth transactions at the point of sale. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a restaurant environment, we would love to hear from you. On top of the pay you also get gratuities.
Duties:
- Greet customers and assist them with their inquiries and order.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stock utensils and ensure sauces are filled
- Provide food descriptions and recommendations to customers
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and restocking.
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for cash handling and transactions
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
