Overview
We are seeking a Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating transportation activities and ensuring efficient routing of drivers to meet customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage calls and ensure that the proper response team is in place
- Inputting data into the system
- Receiving calls at all times of the day
- Making calls
- Creating schedule for our traffic techs
- Dispatch the traffic techs daily
- Getting familiar with street names/highways
- Keeping records, addressing problems
Qualifications
- Proficiency in dispatching and using transportation management systems
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Strong communication skills to interact with drivers and customers effectively
- Familiarity with GPS and GIS systems for tracking purposes
- Prior experience in dispatching is a plus

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
