We are looking for someone who has the full Aloha spirit. Someone willing to go above and beyond for our clients' needs. As a Lifestyle Concierge, you will provide specialized services to VIP clients, CEOs, high-ranking managers, and celebrities.
Lifestyle Concierge Responsibilities :
- Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Maintain positive ongoing relationships.
- Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
- Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs.
- Upon request of clients, make reservations at local establishments such as restaurants, businesses, hotels, and other entertainment venues.
- Runs appropriate errands for guests and picks up or delivers a variety of items.
Qualifications :
- Ability to drive with clean driving records
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, and / or the hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications
- Time management and resource management skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
