What is the Position:

A Pest Control Sales Representative is vital to the growth of Aloha Termite and Pest Control. You will work to develop positive relationships with our customers, set up new accounts with leading customers, close deals, and ensure repeat business from existing customers.

Daily activity for a sales representative includes, but is not limited to:

• Travel to various properties to consult with customers regarding their needs
• Inspect properties and structures for pests, pest harborage, and entry ways
• Explain and demonstrate the benefits of the various services Aloha Termite and Pest Control provides.
• Arrange and coordinate meetings with clients
• Reach out to potential clients to drive growth of business by knocking on doors and making calls.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to renew contracts or upsell on additional services

Qualifications:

• 1 years’ experience with Pest Control/Termite Sales
• Valid Driver’s License
• Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Have a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Strong customer service skills
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
