Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and household chores.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist with mobility, transfers of patients, and airway management techniques.
- Collect specimens for testing and perform basic laboratory procedures.
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Foster seamless collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring synchronized care and exceptional experiences for our Kupuna.
- Uphold meticulous standards in maintaining precise and accurate records, ensuring a holistic view of their care journey.
