Description
The Waffle Boba-rista takes and prepares customer beverage orders to brand specifications and customer requests. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary based on client requirements and business needs including educating customers on our menu, making recommendations based on their preferences, up-selling special items, and taking orders. Note: this position’s compensation includes wages and tips. Ultimately, you’ll ensure an excellent experience for our guests.

Essential Functions
-Greets customers with "Aloha", takes orders, and processes point-of-sale transactions.
-Maintains knowledge of menu items and recipes to effectively service the customer.
-Prepares and serves food, and hot/cold beverages according to the customers' requests. Creativity and innovation are strongly encouraged.
-Sets up and upkeep workstations, ensuring products are stocked to appropriate levels and all areas are properly cleaned and sanitized complying with health and safety regulations.
-Maintains excellent customer service, anticipating guests' needs
-Adheres to safety policies and procedures, including proper food safety and sanitation.
-Maintains a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and team members at all times.
-Ensures security of company assets
-Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager
Qualifications/skills
-Previous experience in food preparation or in a related position is preferred but not required.
-Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
-Demonstrates organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
-Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
-Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 25 lbs.
-High school diploma; Food Handling Certifications; relevant training is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
