Full-Time Accountant - High-Impact Role Across Two Dynamic Companies

As our Full-Time Accountant, you'll take the lead on financial operations for both organizations. From daily accounting to strategic reporting and system optimization, your expertise will fuel our continued success. You'll work in-office, collaborating closely with our leadership team and Office Administrator to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for two businesses

• Handling A/P, A/R, payroll coordination, and monthly reconciliations

• Preparing insightful financial reports (monthly, quarterly, and annually)

• Assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Ensuring tax compliance in partnership with our external accountants

• Working side-by-side with the Office Administrator to support daily operations

• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and scale systems

• Solid experience with Sage Intacct (a must!)

• Comfortable using Expensify for expense tracking and reimbursements

• A strong track record of delivering accurate financial reports and improving workflows

• 3 years of full-cycle accounting experience

• Organized, analytical, and laser-focused on details

• Eager to thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving, in-person work environment

• Self-starter with integrity, initiative, and a can-do attitude

• Experience in the service or staffing industry

• Familiarity with Bill.com, Expensify, Sage Intacct, or similar cloud-based tools

• Hands-on experience in multi-entity or multi-state operations
