What You'll Do
As the Kitchen Manager, you will:
- Lead with Passion: Conduct hands-on training and mentorship for our kitchen staff, ensuring they excel in food preparation and execution.
- Innovate: Develop efficient production methodologies that enhance quality and consistency while keeping our kitchen running smoothly.
- Manage with Purpose: Oversee inventory control and ordering processes to ensure we have everything we need to create culinary magic.
- Inspire Your Team: Motivate and guide your team to achieve peak productivity, fostering a positive and enthusiastic work climate.
- Cultivate Culture: Collaborate with the store manager to build morale and promote our company culture through engaging initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- A graduate of AOS Culinary School or equivalent training
- At least 1 year of kitchen management experience (preferred)
- A genuine passion for food with an eye for presentation
- Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- A valid TB clearance
