Maintenance Worker

Are you a reliable and detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic? We're looking for a dedicated Maintenance Worker to join our team at a 31-story residential building with 283 units.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Perform general maintenance, including lighting, carpentry, plumbing, minor mechanical repairs, and sprinkler setup.
  • Move garbage disposals and clean designated areas using specified chemicals.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in all work areas.
  • Assist with building upkeep and ensure proper operation of facilities.
  • Communicate professionally with residents, management, and vendors.
  • Keep accurate records and follow maintenance schedules.
  • Work closely with the team and management to complete tasks efficiently.

    • What You Bring :

  • Experience in general maintenance, building upkeep, or related work.
  • Strong organizational skills, professionalism, and reliability.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and work efficiently.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in residential or commercial building maintenance.
  • Familiarity with plumbing, HVAC, or janitorial services.
