About the Role We are seeking dynamic and experienced Site Managers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring a positive community experience, and maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities

Build community engagement by planning events and providing training recommendations.

Assist residents with residency-related concerns and keep them informed through notices and newsletters.

Enforce community By-Laws and House Rules to ensure a peaceful environment.

Partner with the Maintenance Team to uphold property standards through preventive maintenance and repairs.

Conduct daily property inspections to ensure cleanliness and order.

Manage service contracts, obtain competitive proposals, and oversee all building projects.

Collaborate with the Property Manager to develop and manage budgets and capital improvements.

Oversee administrative tasks, including invoice processing, payroll approval, and record management.

Respond to emails and phone calls within 24 hours and maintain official records of Board meetings.

Develop and maintain an Operations Manual for the property.

Supervise security, maintenance, and janitorial staff to ensure proper job execution.

Respond to after-hours emergencies, including fire, water leaks, and elevator issues.
Qualifications
Required:

Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

Proven leadership in managing high-performing teams.

Proficiency in computers, including word processing, calendar management, and social media.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
Preferred:

College degree or related coursework in business, accounting, hospitality, or property management.

Experience managing large, complex real estate assets.
