We are seeking a talented Dining Experience Ambassador to join our team at the Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach. As a Dining Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests through exceptional service and attention to detail.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver food and beverage orders to guests, collecting payment and processing transactions efficiently.
- Be familiar with the operation of the P.O.S system and perform cashiering functions by closing checks and preparing end-of-shift paperwork.
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues and supervisors to create a positive work environment.
- Take initiative to resolve any guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- A High School diploma or equivalent, and/or experience in a hotel or a related field is preferred.
- You must be able to effectively communicate with guests and colleagues, maintaining a friendly, courteous, and service-oriented attitude at all times.
