Legal Assistant / Demand Coordinator – Personal Injury
Location: Fort Myers, FL (downtown)
Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 (Commensurate with experience)

Aloia, Roland, Lubell & Morgan, PLLC is seeking an organized, dedicated, and experienced legal professional to assist our Personal Injury Team. The position offered is a Legal Assistant / Demand Coordinator who can help us continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury law, particularly in fact and document gathering, organizing and drafting demand letters, and performing essential legal assistant tasks. This role requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
· Draft, revise, and finalize demand letters with accuracy and persuasive legal arguments.
· Gather and organize medical records, medical bills, and other supporting documentation.
· Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers to obtain necessary case details.
· Assist attorneys and Practice Director with case management, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
· Maintain case files, ensuring all documents are updated and properly filed.
· Handle correspondence and follow-ups related to demand letters and case negotiations.
Qualifications
✅ Experience in personal injury law (preferred).
✅ Strong writing and analytical skills with the ability to draft effective demand letters.
✅ Detail-oriented and highly organized.
✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, legal case management software, and legal research tools.
