Are you an experienced leader in case management with a passion for patient advocacy and clinical excellence? Director of Case Management to oversee case management operations, discharge planning, and clinical resource management.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Lead and develop a high-performing Case Management team
✔ Oversee clinical resource management, discharge planning, and patient advocacy
✔ Ensure compliance with best practices in medical necessity determination and concurrent review
✔ Develop and implement department goals, policies, and procedures
✔ Manage staffing, budgeting, and performance improvement initiatives
✔ Foster a culture of professional growth and evidence-based practices
What You Bring:
✅ Required:
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- Current RN license to practice in North Carolina
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Leadership experience working in an acute care setting.
✅ Preferred:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in a healthcare setting
