Job Title : Administration Assistant
Position Description :
The Court Administration Assistant provides administrative support in a fast-paced environment. This role requires multi-tasking, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication to meet the Court's needs effectively. The position involves delivering exemplary customer service both in-person and on the phone, assisting with case information, and handling sensitive protective order case data.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist customers using case management and protective order systems (AZPoint, Domestic Violence Computer Prompt System).
- Review paperwork, contact parties for missing information, and manage notices of hearings.
- Schedule hearings and coordinate with interpreters.
- Maintain confidentiality of case-sensitive information.
- Communicate via Outlook Email, Microsoft Teams, and multiline phone systems.
- Operate office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
