Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for general facility maintenance and assisting other facility maintenance staff members with all maintenance activities as directed.
Responsibilities :
Regular Inspections : Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and resolve issues.
Maintenance Tasks : Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
Repairs : Conduct minor and major repairs on building structures and systems, including plumbing, electrical, controls, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
Preventive Maintenance : Perform preventive maintenance to avoid potential breakdowns and malfunctions.
Equipment Management : Install and set up new equipment, machinery, and maintain an inventory of repair equipment and supplies.
Safety Compliance : Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
Documentation : Document all installation, repair, and maintenance activities.
