Position : Equipment Operator

Shift : Multiple shifts available
Job Overview :
In this role, you will operate basic finishing equipment and tools, following established processes and work instructions. You will also perform quality tests, adhere to productivity standards, and develop an understanding of equipment operation under direct supervision.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate and monitor finishing equipment based on work orders and instructions
- Perform quality checks and tests on products to ensure they meet standards
- Learn and apply policies and procedures for routine activities
- Build productive working relationships with internal teams
- Resolve problems of limited complexity and escalate issues as needed
- Comply with all safety practices and regulations
