Machine Operator Senior / Print Operator

Job Description: Senior Flexographic Print Operator

Location: Morris Plains, NJ
Shift: Multiple shifts available
Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor multi-machine setups (Mark Andy, Gallus presses, slitting equipment, Mactec blister machine, label applicator).
• Ensure proper setup, testing, assembly, and product quality.
• Inspect products for defects and manage non-conforming materials.
• Perform material transactions and maintain inventory of operating supplies.
• Support R&D trials and provide training for new hires.
• Maintain work area organization and adherence to ISO and GMP standards.
• Follow safety policies and communicate effectively across teams.

Qualifications:

• Required: High School Diploma or GED, 2 years experience in machine operation.
• Preferred: Equipment operation knowledge (Forklift, Pallet Jack).
• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, basic math, and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office).

Additional Details:

• Regular on-site attendance required.
• Steel-toe shoes required.
