Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Hours per Week: 20 hours
Shift: 1st shift (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
Location: Remote (Preference for candidates located in Central or Eastern Time Zones)
Role Overview:
The Marketing Coordinator will support retail and hospitality field marketing initiatives, assisting in the creation, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns. These campaigns will aim to drive demand for client within retail and hospitality verticals, particularly focusing on Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and Sports & Entertainment sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement comprehensive campaign plans.
- Assist in the development and deployment of marketing assets to achieve campaign objectives, including email, digital content, print materials, event promotions, and third-party content syndication.
- Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing programs.
- Provide ad-hoc support for event planning, logistics, and execution, including tradeshows and field events.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of marketing experience.
- Experience with campaign creation, creative direction, or agency coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey campaign plans and results to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus, but not required.
Salary : $44,700 - $61,600
