Job Responsibilities :
- Support the Fiber Construction Team on multiple projects.
- Provide special reporting for customers and internal teams.
- Assist with job entry and updates in CRM.
- Ensure project milestones are met to hit delivery timelines.
- Handle miscellaneous projects and reports as needed.
- Help with access arrangements for major projects.
- Prepare slide decks for Senior Management meetings.
- Oversee daily office operations : mailing, supplies, building access, repairs, event planning, visitor support, and employee inquiries.
- Take detailed meeting notes and provide minutes.
- Log off-site personnel entering remote locations.
