Job Title : Operator 1, Warehouse Operations
Location : Canaan, CT 06018
Shift : 7 AM - 7 PM
Responsibilities :
- Operate equipment (forklifts, conveyors, cranes, handcarts, power trucks) to move materials, parts, and finished products.
- Maintain records and develop skills in basic tasks and procedures.
- Follow SOPs and quality guidelines under general supervision.
- Perform basic math calculations and handle documents in English.
- Work in a metrics-driven environment and use general computer skills.
- Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs and work in various physical positions (standing, bending, lifting).
- Potential exposure to moving mechanical parts, extreme temperatures, and noise.
