Job Description : Material Handler / Packager

Shift : Multiple shifts available

Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities :

  • Assist machine operators in packaging rolls from a press machine.
  • Remove rolls from the machine and place them into boxes; tape boxes when full and place on pallets.
  • Move full pallets using a pallet jack to designated areas.
  • Operate basic finishing equipment under direct supervision.
  • Follow work order instructions and conduct basic quality tests.
  • Adhere to productivity and safety standards.

Qualifications :

  • Required : High School Diploma or equivalent, less than 1 year of experience.
  • Skills : Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, follow instructions, and work in a team.
  • Other : No prior machine experience required; position could lead to permanent employment after the project.
