Position Title : Business Process Analyst

Location : Redmond, WA

Duration : 12 Months Contract

Job Description :

Provides technical support for network infrastructure, desktop systems, workstations, and servers.
Installs, configures, and troubleshoots hardware and software in a diverse environment.
Ensures data integrity, file system security, and password management.
Communicates technical information to both technical and non-technical staff.
Recommends hardware / software solutions and upgrades.
Supports ERP data cleanup efforts, focusing on Material Master attributes and system updates.
May assist with IT and infrastructure projects, conduct user training, and review business processes.
This is an independent, judgment-based role requiring minimal supervision.

Responsibilities :

Supports data cleanup in ERP systems, specifically Material Master, and ensures correct data for production and regulatory processes.

Works with cross-functional teams to update and maintain product master data, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards (FDA, GMP).

Executes small process / technology projects, manually or through IT requests, and analyzes data accuracy.

May run test protocols and update procedures related to Material Master data.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree required.

Preferred : Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Systems, or Information Management.

1-2 years of related experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).

Experience in implementing business and IT processes for Master Data.
