🔍 We're Hiring: Buyer III

📍 Location: (Onsite – Oakbrook, IL | Racine, WI)

📅 Experience: 5–12 years preferred

🚗 Travel: Minimal, local supplier visits

Why This Role?

• We're expanding our U.S. procurement operations and hiring 15–20 Buyer III professionals to join our high-performing team.

What You'll Do:

• You'll manage the end-to-end buying process for key commodities (up to contract signature). This includes:
• Analyzing supplier data and pricing trends
• Managing supplier negotiations and relationships
• Performing tech and quality reviews of materials
• Handling supplier payments, surcharges, and reports
• Supporting new product development and cost-saving strategies
• Participating in supplier design and technical reviews

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 5–12 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing

✅ Strong SAP & Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, macros)

✅ Able to read blueprints, understand specs, and navigate web-based tools

✅ A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments

✅ Great communication and negotiation skills

✅ Global procurement experience is a huge plus
