Job Title: Data Specialist/ Data Analyst

Location: Portage, Michigan, 49002

Pay range: $27.58 per hour on W2 only

This is a Contract position on W2 only, no C2C or H1b

Job Description:

We are seeking a Specialist to provide expert technical assistance to engineers and scientists across various technical tasks. This role involves developing and recommending procedures, preparing technical reports, and conducting evaluations to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support on a variety of engineering and scientific tasks.

Develop and recommend procedures and methods for improved efficiency.

Prepare technical reports and documentation based on analysis and findings.

Perform root cause analysis of technical events and recommend corrective actions.

Follow clearly defined processes and guidelines to carry out assigned tasks.

Utilize job-related training and experience to make informed decisions.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical role.

Strong knowledge of processes, procedures, and systems related to technical support.

Ability to work independently and make judgment-based decisions.

Experience with data mining and intermediate proficiency in Excel.

Previous experience with ERP, PLM, or Windchill is a plus.

Location: Onsite

Project: EUDAMED Project – Remediating onePLM objects by gathering attributes from multiple data sources.

Collaboration: Work closely with Regulatory Affairs, Master Data Management, and Division Process Owners.

Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
