DIRECTOR OF NURSING

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced

• Assistant Director of Surgical Services
• to oversee the daily operations of our surgical department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising personnel, ensuring efficient procedures, managing supplies and equipment, and coordinating schedules to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Key Responsibilities :
• Supervise and support surgical services personnel
• Oversee daily operations, including supply and equipment management
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
• Maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment
• Foster effective communication and teamwork within the department
• Qualifications :
• Education :
• Required : Academic degree in Nursing
• Preferred : Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, Public Health, or related field
• Experience :
• Required : Minimum
• 2 years
• of progressive management experience in a hospital setting as a manager or full-time charge nurse
• Certifications / Licenses :
• Must hold a current
• nursing license
• as required by state law
• CPR certification required
• Compensation & Benefits :
• Base Salary :
• 93,400 – $140,000
