About the Role
People Services Director to lead employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning within a healthcare setting. This role is pivotal in shaping workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and enhancing overall HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Develop and implement employee relations programs and HR policies.
✔ Lead talent acquisition, retention, and workforce planning.
✔ Oversee union relations and labor negotiations.
✔ Conduct investigations related to workplace conditions, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
✔ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational HR regulations.
✔ Manage onboarding, training, and leadership development programs.
✔ Supervise and guide HR staff in executing HR functions.
✔ Prepare and manage HR budgets.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Relations, or Human Resources (Required).
- Healthcare industry experience (Required).
- Union relations experience (Required).
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification (Preferred).
- Master’s degree in HR or related field (Preferred). HC01
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $113,016.00 - $135,000.00 per year
