Job Title: IT Project Manager
Job Location: Memphis, TN (Remote)
Primary Purpose:
To manage and support project assignments, ensuring completion by administering processes that measure and manage customer satisfaction, identifying trends, and providing insights for improvement.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
• Identify necessary resources and research project data, procedures, and history to understand project direction.
• Manage project plans through to completion, ensuring goals are met.
• Analyse data and recognize trends across multiple offices for national client operations.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Assist Program Managers in resolving issues and deliver presentations on project results.
• Provide training to colleagues and help transition programs as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis.
• At least six years of related experience, including two years in data analysis or planning.
• Strong knowledge of project management, data analysis, and Excel.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
Salary : $40 - $50
