Qualifications - Required :
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
- A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, or 10 years with a graduate degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in Quality management or operations leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.
