Overview
We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Manage subcontractors and construction site activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies
- Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and schematics
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
- Utilize construction management software such as Primavera, Prolog, and Bluebeam
- Oversee pipeline construction activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Proficiency in using construction management software
- Prior experience in pipeline construction is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
