Construction Superintendent

Overview

We are seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
• Manage subcontractors and construction site activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies
• Review and interpret project plans, blueprints, and schematics
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
• Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
• Utilize construction management software such as Primavera, Prolog, and Bluebeam
• Oversee pipeline construction activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Proven experience in supervising construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, procedures, and best practices
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Proficiency in using construction management software
• Prior experience in pipeline construction is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Water/Waster water Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
• Supervisor/Superintendent: 1 year (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Ability to Relocate:

• Morrilton, AR 72110: Relocate before starting work (Required)
