Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including proven skills in PLC logic and programming with Allen Bradley PLCs.
Responsibilities
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with staff and vendors
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
- Interpret schematics and technical manuals for repairs
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work orders and inventory management
- Conduct electrical repairs and installations as required
- Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Supervise maintenance staff as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to weld and fabricate metal
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiarity with reading schematics and technical manuals
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for maintenance tasks
- Electrical knowledge and experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Previous supervisory experience is a plus
