What are the responsibilities and job description for the Training Coordinator position at Alois?
- * As a Training coordinator, you will be primarily responsible for Training the L1 agents and overseeing training requirements.
- Monitor Software Support Hotline related dashboards
- Participate in monthly calibration sessions, peer reviews, team meetings, coaching and training sessions
- Achieve all customer handling/resolution objectives and metrics while seeking opportunities to improve efficiency.
- Train Level 1 PreAssessment Agents based on client’s training material
- Oversight of training Needs for additional development of Training requirements
- Lead Teaming sessions
- Conduct 1:1 training when needed with individual Level 1 agents
- Any Graduate (3-4 years course)
- 5 years of experience in mentoring, coaching and training
- Proficiency in automotive hardware and software systems with its functionality is preferred
- Experience in working and managing communications, with multiple cross-functional teams/stakeholders
- Effective training evaluation skill
- High attention to detail, and high level of professionalism
- Proactive, self-motivated, self-starter, minimal supervision
- Strong organizational, time and workflow management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
