We seek an experienced professional to manage the procurement of printed materials and services to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness. This role involves working closely with vendors, negotiating pricing, and overseeing the print production process from start to finish. You will have a keen eye for detail and an in-depth understanding of the printing industry, including the latest trends and technologies. The primary goal is to ensure that all printed materials meet the organization's standards and project requirements while staying within budget. 

• Assist the Procurement Team by providing quotations and buying print materials
• Prepare detailed print specifications for each project
• Obtain quotations from a variety of print suppliers
• Check initial quotes for accuracy and request additional information if needed
• Possess a strong working knowledge of practices in the corporate or supply chain industry
• Send electronic print files to suppliers and follow up on any artwork issues
• Evaluate proofs for accuracy and quality
• Coordinate and manage timelines for each project
• Generate purchase orders for a team of Account Managers
• Provide the account management team with proactive communication regarding the progress of quote requests while working within deadlines
• Demonstrates high credibility and sound ethical judgment when conducting business
• Perform daily tasks with considerations of waste minimization and other environmental considerations. 

• A minimum of five years of experience in the printing industry and purchasing of printed materials
• Possesses solid project management skills
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications and exposure to ERP systems used in the industry, preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills working with internal clients and suppliers
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to successfully work in a fast-paced environment, within a cross-functional team under tight deadlines and numerous priorities
• Capability to analyze and resolve a variety of issues simultaneously.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
