Position Objective
The licensed practical nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct quality patient care under the direction / delegation of the registered nurse. The LPN participates in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, with the objectives, standards, and policies of the department and within the parameters of his or her preparation.
