- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations to guests.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the service area.
