BCBA Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise ABA programs and deliver high-quality services
- Maintain accurate records and reports using our online data collection system
- Collaborate with Behavior Technicians to implement behavioral plans
- Provide parent education and behavior management training
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Foster a culture of growth, support, and collaboration within the team
Requirements
- Availability to work Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm
- Applied Behavior Analysis supervision experience
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
- Background in Psychology or related field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
