About Us
Shifox / Alopex is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented UI / UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences. As a key member of our product team, you will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to transform business requirements into functional, visually appealing, and high-performing user interfaces.
This role requires a blend of UI / UX design expertise, front-end development knowledge, and user research skills to create seamless and accessible experiences across multiple devices.

Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Department : IT / Development
Key Responsibilities
- Design & Develop : Create user-friendly interfaces optimized for modern front-end frameworks and responsive across all devices.
- Interactive UI Components : Develop reusable design patterns and components aligned with brand and UX standards.
- User Research & Prototyping : Conduct research, wireframing, and prototyping to visualize design solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure seamless UI-backend integration.
- UX Best Practices : Apply usability testing, accessibility standards (WCAG), and performance optimizations to enhance user engagement.
- Iterative Design : Continuously improve designs based on user feedback, data insights, and evolving business needs.
- Stay Updated : Keep up with the latest UI / UX trends, front-end tools, and industry best practices.
Qualifications & Skills Required :
5 years of experience in UI / UX design and development
Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric design & front-end development
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision
Deep understanding of UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility (WCAG 2.1)
Experience working with cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and web security standards
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Agile development workflows
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Preferred :
Experience with component-based design systems & Material UI (MUI)
Knowledge of UX research methodologies & usability testing tools
Experience in building design systems & component libraries
Exposure to back-end technologies (Go, Node.js, ASP.Net) is a plus
