Join us in the exciting role of Recruiter at Alora Behavioral Health (ABH) where you'll be an integral part of our Talent Acquisition Team, ensuring quality and consistency throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
This role offers the flexibility of 100% remote work, with the only requirement being that you're based in California (CA) and available between the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST. On top of that, we're offering a competitive compensation package of $21.00 - $25.00 per hour, along with fantastic benefits. As a Recruiter, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Embody the mission of ABH as an ambassador when engaging with candidates and employees.
- Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition partners to identify top-tier candidates, both internally and externally.
- Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline to meet and exceed production requirements.
Your essential duties and responsibilities will include:
- Developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs.
- Modeling the company's values with professionalism and customer focus.
- Taking ownership of the recruitment process to ensure effective and timely hiring.
- Ensuring compliance at every stage of the full-cycle recruitment process.
In this role, your day-to-day activities will encompass a variety of tasks, including interviewing, partner maintenance, sourcing, screening applicants, and providing recruitment operations support.
Applicant requirements include:
- Strong administrative and customer service skills.
- Foundational recruiting skills such as sourcing strategies and developing job adverts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Self-motivation, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Adaptability to process changes within the department.
