Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Product Marketing Manager to lead the development of our product let growth strategy, driving growth and customer engagement. This role is pivotal, encompassing product, market analysis, sales enablement, competitive & industry analysis, internal and external product marketing content generation, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing.
This is strictly an in-office role in Scottsdale AZ, 5 days a week, and we're currently not open to remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct audience analysis and research to develop a comprehensive messaging strategy that resonates with our target audience, validating concepts through strategic testing.
- Craft clear, compelling positioning and messaging that communicates our product's value proposition and market fit effectively to attract and retain customers.
- Develop internal and external product positioning materials, including sales collateral, web content, solution briefs, webinars.
- Establish expertise in our industry, understanding PCI and shopping behavior, and leverage this knowledge to differentiate our product from competitors.
- Provide essential content and insights to sales, channel partners, and customer success teams to support their effectiveness.
- Conduct market industry and competitive research to identify customer needs, validate strategies, and contribute to product strategy development.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in a similar role, within B2B SaaS product marketing.
- Ability to thrive autonomously in a startup environment, collaborating cross-functionally to influence leadership, align stakeholders, and execute strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a knack for crafting concise, compelling messaging tailored to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful product go-to-market plans, including product launches.
- Results-oriented with strong planning capabilities and hands-on execution skills.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments with a creative mindset for optimal product positioning.
