Aloware is a dynamic and fast-growing contact center as a software (CCaaS) startup that has achieved remarkable year-over-year growth for the past 4 years. We've recently switched to in-person work and opened a small office in North Scottsdale, AZ.
JOB SUMMARY
We seek an experienced SaaS finance/accounting manager who will also run our billing department. For this position, in short, you must have a background in:
SaaS billing: you’ve been categorizing and mapping revenue from Chargebee to Quickbooks to Bank; SaaS accounting: you’ve been managing expenses via Ramp / Brex (or similar) and mapping them to the right accounts in QBO;Taxes: You’re familiar with payroll taxes, state agencies, and the like; Finance: you’ve run payroll, filled out insurance applications, and built department budgets. Forensics and audits: you’ve done finance audits on accounts, and customer statements, to find irregularities and mistakes. RevOps: You can audit a sales booking, contract, revenue collected, and marketing sources and report on other team’s KPIs. Team leadership: We have a (small) RevOps team of 2 that you’ll lead. You demonstrate superb attention to detail, able to juggle multiple parallel small tasks, and have a thing for being accurate.
** Prior Chargebee and QBO experience is a must **
** Prior expense management software experience is a must - Ramp, Brex, and the like **
