About the job
We're looking for a Product Manager (or an aspiring Product Owner!) to join our development team. Youll take ownership of one or two product segments, turning business needs into clear technical requirements, creating helpful documentation videos, and training our Sales & CX teams on how to best use our features.
Our sprints are fastjust two weeksbecause we believe in steady, incremental updates over long, drawn-out deployments. We need someone whos excited about understanding user interactions, communicating business goals to engineers, conducting thorough UATs, and producing clear, engaging training materials. If youre driven by making an impact and keeping things user-friendly, wed love to talk.
Prior experience with CCaaS, CPaaS, CRM, or ERP products is required. This role is dynamic : half of your time will be maintaining the current product, while the other half focuses on new feature development. As a startup, youll wear many hats, from joining demos and writing KB articles to supporting customer questions on Slack. Plus, youll work directly with our foundersit's intense, rewarding, and a chance to shape the future.

Owned product, product modules or feature sets end-to-end2-3 years of previous product owner / product manager for a SaaS company SaaS in B2B SaaS at 5k to 100k ACV, CRM or ERP -like technologiesAn eye for design and UXAble to do product demos
Required previous experience :
CPaaS or CCaaS software, including messaging and calling, at module or application levelMaintaining mobile apps as well as browser and desktopIntegration with HubSpot / SalesforceProduct telemetry, usage monitoringUsing video for product documentationWriting KB articles, how-tos, use cases, blogs
This is an in-office role in Scottsdale AZ,and we're currently not open to remote.
